Lately, I've began drawing and doodling in this handy dandy little sketchbook I got for my birthday. I haven't started using it much until this past week, when my art teacher let me borrow these awesome watercolor pencils that I love. Anyways, I realized how much I enjoy creating things all my own. The whole thing about having a sketchbook is drawing what comes to mind, whether it's completely random or truly meaningful. Although I mostly doodle, I write some too. I write about life, pretty much, or make up little stories. I also love how everything is so randomly jumbled and imperfect, just like all of us. Perfection is something everyone wants to attain, but honestly if everyone was perfect there would be no creativity, no originality, and no way to be your true self. It isn't something we should strive for. So let your true colors shine and get to creating something all your own!
